	CHELTON Antennas
	is a French Company, located in Dourdan (50 km south of Paris) created by the merger, on January 1. 2000, of three Companies : STAREC, RAYAN and CHELTON FRANCE. Chelton Antennas is a Chelton Group Company, which in turn, in part of Cobham plc.

Based on 50 years experience, Chelton Antennas designs and manufactures high technology antennas for communication, navigation and identification applications in the world of commercial and military aircraft, space launchers, missiles,satellites, infra-structure, tactical mobile ground installations and naval applications. Our antennas are used by customers in more than 100 countries throughout the world.

Even though Chelton Antennas has a large range of products, we continue to improve and develop new antennas at the leading edge of technological innovation. Numerous developments, of which many are patented, have made Chelton Antennas a world leader in antennas. For each new technological challenge, Chelton Antennas brings its experience and innovation.

Chelton Antennas uses the most technically advanced research, design, manufacturing tools and test facilities, for example:

	computer simulation of radiation patterns and decoupling figures
	radiation measurement facilities from HF to 18 GHz
	class 100,000 clean room.

A world of Quality

The main priority of Chelton Antennas is to ensure the best quality level for our products. For commercial aerospace activities, Chelton Antennas has received the JAR 145 and JAR 21 certifications. The quality assurance organization is fully involved at all stages of the process and is able to satisfy our customers’ requirements, such as MIL standards, ISO 9001 or specific space ESA requirements.
